Francis, I would also like to bring to your attention that we are really grateful to Sherman, Felix and the team for helping us during our DBS pitch last week for rushing out all the jobs for us. Even when we messed up the pagination of the books and needed reprinting, literally at the 11th hour, everyone of them were on stand-by and we got the reprinted booklets back just on time. We appreciate the effort put in by your team very much.

As mentioned, Mary was the lead manager and point person who played a critical role in looking after the entire print and production process of our 2009 Annual Report. Recently, Mary has become the lead manager at NPE Print Communications which is a one-stop print and production outfit that is well known in the industry. Their have built up an impressive line up of MNC and local clients who always approach them for critical projects such as ARs and corporate brochures. Incidentally, Mary will once again be leading the printing and production needs for our AR this year.
Mary, please meet Yar Ping from O’Connor’s Singapore, and Jean from Wearnes. Both are part of from the HR division which time and again needs print and production support for various communication materials. Can you please get in touch and sync up with Yar Ping or Jean? I understand they urgently need a vendor to print our name cards.
